1. How can I order?

You can order at the online shop, by email (info@medicago.se) or by fax (+46 18 56 11 88). A fax order sheet is available under “downloads”. Or you may order by phone (+46 18 56 11 80)

2. How long are delivery times?

If we have the product you ordered in stock, it will take 1 business day by FedEx and 2 business days by post within Europe. Other countries require between 3 and 4 business days.

3. How long is the term of payment?

You have 30 days to pay a bill. For further information please ask to see our terms and conditions.

4. What does EXW Uppsala mean?

It means Ex works Uppsala and describes the transfer of perils (for goods) from seller to buyer. According to INCOTERMS 2000, the “E”-term is the term in which the seller’s obligation is at its minimum. The seller has to do no more than place the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the agreed place – usually at the seller’s own premise. As a matter of practical reality, the seller frequently assists the buyer in loading the goods or sending them out. In our case we ship out goods per courier or per postal service, so that you of course don’t need to take care of that by yourself. If you wish to have freight insurance, we can arrange that for you at a small extra charge – please contact us.

5. How much are the freight costs/ shipping costs?

That is strongly dependent from weight and the destination of the shipping. Please feel free to contact us before ordering, we gladly will inform you about the upcoming freight and shipping costs.

6. How do you deliver?

We ship out mostly by FedEx. There are a few cases for the foreign European countries we might ship out by ordinary postal service.

7. Can I observe my shipped goods while on their way?

If we send it out by FedEx, you always can check that on the FedEx-homepage by the given track number which you will receive with your order confirmation. In any case, you can contact us and ask details about goods and shipping.

8. What is the accounting connection?

If you are going to pay from inside Europe or from Far East, we ask you to transfer the money to the following accounting connection:

      BIC: SWEDSESS
      IBAN: SE 57 8000 0000 0712 4152 4254

If you have ordered from North America, you will be informed separately about payment details. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

    a. What is a BIC and an IBAN?

BIC means Bank Identifier Code and is the international valid bank code for our bank. This number replaces the well known and formerly valid SWIFT-Code.
IBAN means International Bank Account Number and is our account number’s unambiguous notation.
With this account information you can transfer us money from all over the world except North America.

    b. Why am I not able to pay with credit card?

This possibility is none existing for now, but will come in the near future.
